This diecast commemorates Dale Earnhardt Sr's final career win which came in the Winston 500 No Bull 5 race at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday October 15, 2000. Earnhardt started the race in 20th position, and led 34 laps, including the final two laps of the race to earn the victory and the $1 million dollar bonus. Lucky NASCAR Fan Richard Sturtz was drawn and paired with Earnhardt. Sturtz also was awarded $1 million for Earnhardt's victory. Kenny Wallace finished 2nd in his Square D Halo Chevrolet fielded by Andy Petree.
